I have nto been on the site for about 10 days but have remained focused to some degree. I am currently having a affair with strawberries and splendra. I love that as a snack. I think it is the sweetness that I love. I was doing great drinking my water but for the past few days I have not done great. I have had 33 ozs of water, 10 oz of protein and a few sips of reduce fat milk and a glazed doughnut. Yes I know the doughnut was not a wise choice but I had a taste for it. I am still watching what I food and I can tell my clothes are loose. Have not goton a scale as of yet because I dont care about the number too much. Hope everyone is doing well.

Good Morning,
Today I am trying a new breakfast item called Kellogg breakfast to go shake and it is good. I have a hard time finding things for breakfast so I think this is a keeper. I got the Milk Chocolate flavor and it is good. I liked it thefact it was a easy way to get protein into my diet and some fiber. I am learning that it is things that I can eat and enjoy. I did not do any exercise after getting home last night but walked twice at work.

Good Morning,
Last night I had a blueberry muffin and 2% milk for dinner. I know that was not a wise choice but I was tired and I really wanted it. This morning I woke up and could feel that my daily walking is kicking in. My legs was a little sore and my stomach feels a little sore also. Today is a new day and I am back at it.
