Looked back 1 year on diet calendar to when I was 10lbs lighter to see what I was eating. Going to make a concerted effort to re-establish some better eating habits. Exercise has stayed consistent, but food & amount of food I'm eating has not..... Refocused !!!!!

Got a few sprinkles of rain early this morning, hoping for more later today or tomorrow :)
Weather suppose to cool down to the mid 80's, happy dance !!! I'll be outside as much as possible when it does cool down, tired of feeling stuck in the house when it's so hot & humid.
Thankful for the rain we got, and the cloud cover for now.
Thankful that I got to see & love on one of my favorite neighborhood dogs " Mr H", haven't seen him or his owner for awhile.

Today I'm thankful for being fit enough to continue with pilates. It's been good for me, helped my osteopenia & bone density, so I will forge forward & continue.
Thankful for another day to enjoy and for all that I've been blessed.

Happy Monday !
Thankful for cool morning, even though humidity was high, the temp was really nice for a change.
Thankful that I got out of bed and was able to do morning walk.
Not a lot planned for today, go to bank, then to Monday's prayer group, from then don't know what my day has planned, guess I'll wait an see :)
