Adding strength training?
I am so good about doing cardio. So good that I'm addicted to it. I just can never stick with a weight lifiting routine. I try and within 3 weeks I'm done with it. Any suggestions on a weight lifting routine I can stick with?

Black beans
One easy thing you can do is add some salsa and wrap it up in a tortilla. You can also add cumin, chili powder, and taco seasonings to your taste. Yum!
