Well, I didn't do so well over the weekend with my crunches but I got up this morning and I did 75 crunches and then I took the pooch for morning stroll!

worked my stomach muscles more
i work my stomach muscles more today.. i did the the perfect sit up machine today and did a variety of stomach excercises, worked diferent parts of my abs

ab workout
Did the perfect situp machine twice today.. probably did over 70 crunches.. ranging from reverse crunches, the oblique crunch.. switch them around a bit.. I feel like I worked my stomach thou..
