Howdy. I'm Sam. I've been dealing with weight issues my entire life. I've been obese as long as I can remember due to crappy parents and habits. I got away from home and lost 60 lbs, and then an abusive relationship made me balloon right back up.

No more! It's time to kick this once and for all. I deserve better, and so do the people I care about. No more letting toxic people trigger my depression and kick me down.

January 16th, 2017 - 256.8 lbs - Goodbye to the 260's!
April 17, 2017 - 249.4 lbs - Goodbye to the 250's!
