When I weighed on Wednesday, I'd jumped up to 8 13 3/4, and the same again today! Eep! I don't know how that happened. I need to exeercise more, and watch out for the amount of fruit and nuts I'm eating, I think.
126.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
