still lost in spite of a wonky week, and el cholos mexican food and margarita yesterday. At least I didn't eat the rice, but the homemade chips and salsa was just too tempting!
Must add exercise this week!

why were those wonderful cookies at this event? I must learn to eat more than a handful of almonds to stave off hunger.

what a week. Pretty much sedentary due to working from home. Didn't leave the house until I went back to the office on Friday. It shows in my weigh-in... sigh. Add that to cravings, so yes, there were some things I should not have eaten several servings of in one sitting. Still need to update my food online. It's all written down, (yay!), just not recorded here. Here's to a new week!
