I am a 27 year old mother of 3. I am tired of looking in the mirror and feeling like I want to cry. I am just ready to feel comfortable with myself and have myself confodence back! After 3 kids I went from 120lbs to 256lbs. I have been back and forth on my weight constantly.. although I know I will never have my bfore kids body back... I just want to have that I like my body feeling again! All my weight is around my hips, but and stomach! So I have a plan in affect.. I am motivated to do this.... I just need help with motivation! I am going to the gym 3x a week and trying for every other saturday... then I am trying to walk everyday gym or not, and adventually I would like to start running again like before. That would be great... Maybe one day I can get back into my kick boxing.. but one step at a time. I have 10 months to loose 100lbs...

Determined, but strugling with Exercise
It is unfortunate to know that there are others out there that struggle the same way I do with their weight... I know how hard it is... for me anyways to look in the mirror and what happened to myself... But I made a concious decission that I was TIRED of feeling the way I do everyday... I have no one to help motivate me... just me.. that is why when I was told about this web sight I (out of curiosity) came here as well...... I make a concious effort to eat right adn go to the gym at a minimum of 3x a week and walk and stretch everday.... I just started my journey on here.... And am looking for as many people as possible to not only help support me but for me to support to get there as well..... I am a 27 yr old mother of 3... and am ready to be my healthy kick boxing before children self again! (Just with kids this time). If you are interested hit me up as a buddy!
