My name is Tiff. I am married to the love of my life and we have three kids all under the age of four. I am 22 years old. I am blessed to have the opportunity to be a stay at home mother. As this all sounds lovely as I write it down, it is all true, however, there are hidden secrets written between the lines...my fat secret. Although, the secret that I have about being fat is not a secret at all, it is the reasons why I am fat that is.
So, here I am to lay it out there for the world to see. My reasons for being so open: it takes extra weight off my shoulders (believe it or not) and I believe some one out there can relate to my background.
I guess it isn't really much of a secret at all, thinking about it, it's more of a confession, so here I go. #1, I love food. #2 I am an emotional eater, #3 I am alone in my journey to a healthy lifestyle (at home), #4 I get bored, so I eat, #5 I give in too fast to make a permanent change.
You would think knowing your problems and the reasons why you do what you do would make things easier...well, it doesn't. Not for me anyways. So, I found this website just out of the blue the other day and thought how great it seems to be and how real the stories of others are.
I have just started this community, seeing tons of people who are fighting every day to make their lives better and already, I feel very welcomed by those I have never met, yet have encouraged me thus far to not give up. I can be honest here and no one is judging me because some one out there gets it.
So, with that said, I am making another attempt to change my weight, my lifestyle. My starting weight is 260lbs. This time I feel like I have a reliable resource. So here I am. Tracking every thing I do to lose 100 lbs. Wish me luck!
