I am 34 years old, will be 35 in two days. Married and a mother to three beautiful girls, 12, 9, and 8. I have been overweight all my life with some dips in between. Four years ago I lost 60lbs. and it has gradually come back. So, I am back at it again! I currently see a dietitian/nutritionist, counting calories and increasing protein. I joined the gym last week and I have gone every week day since. WOOHOO! Weekends are hard because of my children's activities. Weekends are my weakness though, I seem to gain back what I have lost the week prior. I have been battling the same 4lbs for 3 weeks. Finally lost it plus 1 more today at weigh in. It is a tough battle but somebody has to do it.
