My starting weight is 162 lbs, but my weight has been as high as 196 lbs in the past. My short term goal is to eliminate 10 pounds this month completing the Asian Slim Secrets Challenge with an intermediate goal of eliminating 27 lbs and the ultimate goal of eliminating 42 lbs. At the end of this process I would like to end this roller coaster ride with my weight and for the changes that I make to become habits so that I can maintain my new body through healthy food choices. Although low carb diets have worked for me in the past, I have decided to no longer diet, as this also seems to cause me to feel deprived which results in other problems such as inconsistency, lethargy and sweet cravings. I am working on overcoming these challenges by being accountable on My FatSecret, with the ultimate goal of healthier habits becoming normal for me.
