Well on day 6 of the restart and all seems well. Went to the doctors about excessive swelling of my ankles and feet from the last pregnancy and she has now decided since the water tablets she had put me on didn't work it must be down to my weight. I disagree but it was heartbreaking. I would not care, I just want my feet and ankles to reduce in swelling so I can get my trainers back on so I can get out there walking and build up to exercise again. At the minute I can barely get my feet into a pair of flip flops! I have downloaded an app to my phone just to keep tabs on how much water I drink as I knew I drank a lot but wondered if it was enough and it really is. Most days hitting 4+litres so definately enough!!!

Weekends and evenings are usually my downfall but so far so good (says her on a saturday!!!) I am having to eat my meals seperate from my childrens which I hate but it means I am not snacking in the evenings. We are heading out on a picnic tomorrow so making healthy pack up to take with us that we will all enjoy. I just hope now that this will stick it needs to be my way of life now. Its not a fad diet I am following just a healthier way of eating. I love healthy food. I think my biggest problem is I love carbs, but they hate me!
