I am fed up of being overweight and feeling unhealthy. It depresses me, I cannot fit into any of my clothes and now as a mother of three need to be very active to play with my children. I don't want them to be the one with a fat mum. I hate the stares and the looks of disappointment in my familys' face when they look at me. I lost all the weight before and I just ate and ate and put it all back on. Even the ones that are big themselves. Do they not realise that food is an addiction thats the hardest to break???

Don't beat yourself up anymore. Regaining weight happens to the best of us. You are young and healthy enough to do something about it now and you are taking positive action! You have a plan in place to lose the weight, which is awesome!!! Ignore those people from now on. People that make the comments or give the looks, especially when they are heavy themselves, perceive themselves to be thinner than they really are. Often these people have never experienced the anguish, the misery from feeling uncomfortable in their own skin so they are really insensitive to others that have those feelings. What matters now is you are taking the positive steps needed to achieve better health and feeling better. Along with that you will have the satisfaction of seeing the looks on all those people that were giving you those nasty looks before. You will be wearing those new clothes you wanted so badly to wear. You will have more energy than you ever dreamed. Just thionk how much more fun you will be able to have with the kids! Ahhhh there you are!! You have a capital M. Well, that might be why I couldn't find you.lol. Hey,you are amazing Kelly.You WILL do well.You WILL pull this back.You need to look at what you have done.Yes,ok you may have put some back on but you are a far cry from the size you were with your first marriage.Maybe you need to find an old photo and remind yourself and then gain positivity from that and start your new fight with the weight.Go girl!!!x
