Time to focus on ME!!!!
i love Fatsecret. i can honestly say i got rid of some of my body fat doing it the right way...got rid of 20lbs to be exact. BUT i went on vacation in Oct. and since i've been back i have not gone back to the gym nor have i been eating as healthy as i was before my vacation. UGH, i've gain weight and i can definately feel it! (7lbs up since my vacation)
Today is Dec. 1 and i'm starting a new chapter, moving forward, not looking back cause i know what i did and i know what i need to do - time to kick it up and get focus on ME again!!! SI SE PUEDE!!!

back from vacation and ready to start up again!!!
I am back after being off of fatsecret for 4 weeks. i went on vacation on Oct 7-14, for 8 days to Cabo San Lucas. I came back 3lbs heavier but managed to get rid of them all as of today. I have yet to log or count calories here on fatsecret...BUT I AM READY NOW!!!! Ready to start shedding some more pounds!
LETS DO IT!!!
