Guidelines:
40 grams of fat a day or less. - It sounds impossible, but I promise you can do it. I have found that striving for 40 grams of fat a day or less while still eating enough food, puts me in a position of choosing foods that I SHOULD eat. Give it a try!

1 Minute Each - Plus 10
Guidelines:
Start with 10 Minutes and for every fat gram you eat add a minute and walk it the next day! Example: Start with 10 minutes on your tally. On Tuesday You eat 31 grams of fat, one minute for each is 31 minutes. Add your 31 minutes to your base of 10 minutes and on Wednesday walk 41 minutes! This is the challenge.
