I just started this program in March 2011, In the past weight wasn't a problem, I do construction work for a living which keeps me in good shape and my weight down. I usually gain weight in the winter and lost it in the summer. In the past couple of years the winter weight is getting harder to lose(getting older)so this year I'm keeping track of what I eat so that I can get the weight off and keep it off.

work=exercise
I do construction work for a living, operate heavy equipment on some days and drive a dump truck on others, what type of exercise would this equal. Any help.

Morning Walk
Went for my first morning walk with Daisy we went 2.35mi in 42min, we tried to get a good walk in this morning because its going to rain and I'm not sure we will be able to get our second walk in.

Lost weight
I weighted in today and went from 259 down to 252, I'm both surprised and happy about this, I guess the daily walks with my dog Daisy are really working.
