I just started this program in March 2011, In the past weight wasn't a problem, I do construction work for a living which keeps me in good shape and my weight down. I usually gain weight in the winter and lost it in the summer. In the past couple of years the winter weight is getting harder to lose(getting older)so this year I'm keeping track of what I eat so that I can get the weight off and keep it off.
