I changed my goal weight and my calorie intake because I think Im not eating enough becuase Im too hungry it makes me snack a lot

Yesterday i went to a Party , there were only fatening food, i was having a bad day, I ate almost everything that were being served, then I was so full that this morning I woke up feeling the food in my stomak, so today I am doing a livrer cleansing (vegetable broth with raw shredded black radish) that way it will help my body get rid of all the sugar and fat that I ate Yesterday. I gainde 3kg thats a lot lol

Today I had a good day, I workout, I ate less than I have been eating for this past 2 weeks I drank water and unsweetened herbal tea. I had bumped into a big rock, since the hollydays has been over, I couldn't get back to exercise or eating right! Everyday I Would find an excuse not to go to the gym, today I got a workout in , it wasn't a good one but it was a start. Sunday I'm invited to a 4h fitness challenge, I hope that is going to put me In the right track
