Today I took a day off from workout my body needs rest, I did go to the gym after work but I came back home my body couldn't take it I hurt myself doing a movement during warm-up so I left the gym

I'm starting a new day with a positive attitude, after a week of hard work, I lost 100g weight, 0,5cm on my waist, 0,5cm on my chest and 1cm on my hips. if I keep it like that by Christmas I will be thinner

I know that is going to be a long process for me to loose weight, but I'm feeling good, I'm starting to feel the difference on my stomach and my arms , my stomach is getting flatter, my arms are getting thinner! sometimes it's hard to stay on track, but the idea of knowing that if I fall off there will be someone to help me get back up, is very encouraging.

I dint eat breakfast again today I was not hungry . I got up late had some water , went straight to the gym , did 2h workout, came home , made me a huge salad with cheese, and anther piece of cheese for lunch , for dinner I made me a soup using 1 leek and vegetable broth, my carbs went up but it was mostly from veggies

Since yesterday I'm really hungry because I haven't been eating enough these past few days, last night I had 10g of white chocolate 3 mnms and 1peanut butter cup . Tonight I'm going to a party with my Zumba bodies , its going to be a lots of food and drinks out there, so this morning I'm going to run 6miles , then tonight go to the gym do 1h cardio before I leave
