Today I had a good day, I workout, I ate less than I have been eating for this past 2 weeks I drank water and unsweetened herbal tea. I had bumped into a big rock, since the hollydays has been over, I couldn't get back to exercise or eating right! Everyday I Would find an excuse not to go to the gym, today I got a workout in , it wasn't a good one but it was a start. Sunday I'm invited to a 4h fitness challenge, I hope that is going to put me In the right track

So glad you are getting back on track. You had a great kick start back! First days are always hard no matter how many times you've done them before.

The holidays are always a challenge. While you may have had a "vacation" from working out, you have done very well and are halfway toward your goal! You will get there before you know it!
