Today I had a good day, I workout, I ate less than I have been eating for this past 2 weeks I drank water and unsweetened herbal tea. I had bumped into a big rock, since the hollydays has been over, I couldn't get back to exercise or eating right! Everyday I Would find an excuse not to go to the gym, today I got a workout in , it wasn't a good one but it was a start. Sunday I'm invited to a 4h fitness challenge, I hope that is going to put me In the right track
