I am 28 and have not really dealt with my weight. That is why I had let myself get to 315 lbs. I knew that I could no longer do that. I currently serve as an associate minister with the intention of becoming the lead minister at the church. We are going through many transitions here and I needed more energy.
I am fully convinced that the best way to loose weight is to burn more calories a day than you consume. If you consume more than you burn you will gain weight. Because of that conviction, I have decided to count and control my caloric intake.
My goal in this is not to just lose the weight. My goal is to change my eating habits. I want to be healthier all around, increase my energy level, and control the toxins I am putting into my body. This is not just a weight lose program but a lifestyle change.
