Fish Lovers
Check out my lunch I had today. I know of no other main dish that has so few carbs and so little fat and such high protein all at the same time. It's called pan seared tilapia and is delicious. Here is the recipe:

1 tilapia fillet thawed
spices of your choice

spray non stick pan w/non stick spray. heat it up. place fillet in pan and cook for 5 minutes. gently turn over to sear other side for approx 4-5 minutes. serve w/healthy veggies and enjoy!
