Just getting on the train with yoga again since a while ...gonna work myself up to kettlebell workouts and cardio. We'll see what else I'll accomplish tonight... will come back to blog if I do!
Did a 20 minute kettlebell workout...damn, that is way tougher than I thought! :) I hope to continue with yogo and kettlebell workout every day...and to do meditation in the morning and cardio somewhere/somehow! :)

Walked 4.2 miles today.
Not looking at the scale anymore. Still eating mostly vegan (fell off the train a bit with cheese). When I see parents/my friends' parents they say I look thinner, and I do think I'm still dropping weight.
Tues, Wed, and Thurs I walk 2.6 miles. I walk about a mile on Saturdays. I definitely want to fit more into my routine :)
Just glad I feel well though... yay!

Hi everyone! Long time no see!
Some updates with me:
I did 10 mile biking per week over the summer for about 2 months :) It was hard but awesome. Now that it's colder I'm going back to yoga (I looove yoga) and I'm gonna start kettlebell.
I am not sure I've lost weight but I stopped looking at the scale, and I feel happier about my body image. I know I can improve both my diet and exercise, but anxiety and stress is really important for me, so I refuse to do a strict diet any longer at this time. People don't really know your circumstance, and for me, it seems to be everyone else's business about my diet and weight. All of my choices are but my own. It bothers me when I get flack about my vegan diet or whatever-- it is my choice.
In any case, here are the jeans I fit into now, they're a few sizes below what I used to wear. Not that that matters...it just shows my progress. One thing to consider is body shape, too. Numbers on a scale and in my jeans are only gonna do so much. I'm always gonna be a big-thighed, curvy latina-type, even if I lose my muffin top (my ultimate goal is my stomache!)
So yeah...still going! Thanks for your support everyone...how is YOUR progress going?

When I initially hopped on the scale it said 159 lbs and I got pretty excited. Then, I hopped on again like six times with a consistent 161.2lbs. If my scale is correct, I've been the same weight for 53 days (almost two months!)
Hmm. I have to do something different.
