I gained weight back. :-( I ate a bunch of cheese, vegetarian junk food, ice cream, etc. For about a year. It was bad. Today I say no more. First day of spring, and time for a change! :-)

I plan to eat 100% vegan and exercise/walk/bike.

195.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
