So happy I lost more weight. Going to the gym 4 to 6 times a week (average 5 these last 2 weeks) and eating vegan and mostly gluten free :)
167.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week

Good for you! I've been doing the 4 to 6 times a week too and once you've stuck with it for a couple of weeks, for me anyway, I actually want to workout after my rest day instead of wanting to take a week off. Keep up the good work!!
