Retired , we play golf ,go to the gym and eat out. I think the last thing we do is the killer. However we try to make it small amounts of food such as subway 6" , or Wendy's chilli.

200 is ok for me , walking 2 mile every other day and doing weights and water aerobics , swimming and hot tub. back and legs are a problem but better ...
