I am a full time homeschool mom, part time college student, mom to 5 (ages 23-5), blogger, crafter, and baker. I have always considered myself a healthy chubby person because other than weight, all my numbers are good. But I want more. I want to feel better about myself and enjoy shopping. I don't want my weight to hold me back from anything and I want to be sure that I am around to one day (way in the future) to chase grandkids around.

"It Works" Body Wraps -- tried them???
I am an It Works distributor. When I signed on last year and started using the products (LOVE the supplements!!)and following their food plan, I lost 42 lbs in 3 months and felt better than ever. (long story but major family issues and fell off working/taking care of myself, etc.) I started back yesterday. The wraps are not like anything else on the market. The herbals on it actually help detox you. It helped me *immediately* get off caffeine and not crave junk food. For it to work well, you have to drink plenty of water. The water will flush the toxins out. The detox will work regardless of inches lost. Inches lost depends on alot of various factors - if you smoke, tanning beds, moisturizing soap can clog cells, periods, etc. Hopefully your cousin will know to explain all of this and help you maximize your results. Since you are obviously already on a healthy path of life, your results will be permanent. Even if you are "bad", it will take 3-6 months to get it back. It took 6 months before I started gaining any back. You will notice a difference in the way you feel regardless of inches lost. And inches lost can happen up to 72 hrs later. If you are toxic, it is common to actually bloat a little at first. Results vary but my record so far is a lady that lost 12 inches in 45 minutes. The tape measure did not fit around her waist and when I measured her later it actually overlapped. We both cried.
