Hello! I am learning the hard way that the weight is MUCH harder to lose after the second baby and in one's mid-30s. Turning 35 this year and hoping to shed the weight, get fit, and generally care for myself better to be healthier and to set a good example for my children.

Changing Personal Diet caused weight loss to restart!
Hi - I changed the name and details of my personal diet and it restarted my weight tracker so my overall loss is not longer showing - my weight loss percentage has restarted, etc. I want to either combine data or delete the revised diet so everything is back together again. Is this possible? TIA!

Stalling!
Thanks...I never heard of calorie cycling before, but that makes sense to me too. I'll give it a shot (happily, lol!)

Stalling!
Hi there...so I've been pretty good sticking to my diet and exercising and I've lost 12 pounds so far since late August. But this last week I didn't lose a thing. Mathematically, I should have lost at least 2 pounds...why does this happen? Thanks!
