I have been struggling with my weight since I graduated high school - I was very athletic in high school, so this masked my eating problem; basically, I just eat too much!
I have gone up and down for years - since meeting my husband in 2002, it seems like I have continued to gain. Two kids later and I am the heaviest that I have ever been in my life. Nursing, which seems like it should help me lose weight, but all that I want to do is EAT and EAT a lot and EAT nothing healthy! Trying to break the cycle - at the worst time of year (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas - basically, the eating season) - but if I can do it now, it should be easier later.
