On guidance
Thanks everyone for the advice! Moving forward I plan to: (a) consume 1,200 calories, (b) drink more water and (c) have patience! I have to admit, I thought the chub would just fly off of me once I started getting consistent since before now I had gone to the gym about 5 times in the past year and fastfood was just a way of life for me. Now I know it's going to take a lot more hard work!

On guidance
I have just recently started working out consistently and paying attention to what I eat. I go to the gym 4-5 times per week and I always burn between 400-500 calories each time I go. I consume no more than 1,200 calories per day but I have only lost 2 lbs. I am 5'1" and I started out at 120 lbs. Could my small frame have anything to do with this?
