Weight Watchers
Wondered if anyone can answer a question for me.I heard the max amount of fiber you can count on the WW plan is 4 even if the food has a greater fiber value.Am trying to do this on my own with several of my work buddies and someone who had gone to WW told one of my friends this.I bought a packet off ebay, but none of the books or info I have mentions this.Anyone know? I started in Jan and have lost 18 lbs so far, but have hit a dry spell last couple of weeks. Thanks for any help.
