had a bad attack of the munchies get back to it sunday.

been away in Dymchurch for a week, not stuck to diet rigidly but walked a lot & weight stayed same, so not bad at all. well pleased.

i am not logging my food intake, although I count the calories & its around 15 to 1700 a day, I still am not loosing any weight, probably due to my underactive thyroid, so am fed up at the moment.
