help me find something on the Fat Secret Site
Once, I found a summary of foods in the right-hand corner of my Fat Secret page. Now, I am unable to find it. Can anyone help? Thanks!

stopped losing weight (fingers crossed)
Hi everyone,

I had posted earlier that after having Covid, I'd lost 20 lbs. in a few months. I ended up losing 50 in all. I seem to have 'settled' at 150ish. I'm grateful, of course, but don't know why. The doctors are baffled because none of my tests came out relatively normal. I need to stop worrying about it and enjoy my 'new' body.

need advice about maitaining weight
I lost 20 lbs in 2 months after having Covid. I'm talking with my doctor, a counselor, and a nutritionist. I'm afraid that I am not getting enough calories, but am diabetic and need to limit my carbs. It's hard to get enough calories without food that has carbs in it. I'm also vegetarian. Anyone have advice? I'm quite nervous about this.Sad

New to dieting.
maybe try pureeing veggies in a stir fry with meat? you could use spices and a sauce like Soy sauce? or veggies and/or fruit in a smoothie?

Exercise
Thanks! Do I add it as a new exercise category? Do I need to calculate it at sparkpeople every time instead of on fatsecret?
