I am a 31 yr old step mum of two teenagers, and have been with my boyfriend for 10yrs. I feel part of my weight problem has steamed from the fact that when I was 13 I had a Liver transplant and was required to take alot of antirejection medication, including steroids for over 10yrs.
Although I no longer take any medication, which is almost unheard of. I think being 13, a important point of my development I was required to take such physically damaging medication effect my metabolism forever making it hard to shift the weight that I gained after the operation.
I gain 30kg in 2 months because of them. I don't regret this event but do wish it hadn't effected my physical appearance so much.

I love my new life but want to like myself more than I do.

Hi Hsiaoyence, Your 15. Well the book I have has this translation for points:

18-20yrs old = score 5
21-35yrs old = score 4
36-50yrs old = score 3
51-65yrs old = score 2
over 65yrs old= score 1

So this means your score should be 6 because you are 15. Hope this helps.

Personal daily points.

Females.......score = 7
Age (51-65)...score = 2

If u weight two digits.eg 84kg your........ score=8
(84 kg = 184.8 lbs)
If u weigh three digits.eg 102kg your...... score=10
(102 kg = 224.4 lbs)

Height
Under 160cm (5"2"Wink......Score=1
160cm (5"2"Wink or over....Score=2

Activity level
Sitting most of time..........................Score=0
Occasionally sitting but mainly standing......Score=2
Occasionally standing, but mainly walking.....Score=4
Doing physically hard work most of the time...Score=6

Add your score for each category together and the total number is your daily points total.
