I am a 28 year old full-time student and wife. Since my father passed away when I was only 8, I became depressed and gained a lot of weight (for my height) during my elementary and middle school years. It wasn't until I was a Sophmore in high school when I went from 5'2 and 180lbs. to 128lbs. I have been struggling to keep at 128 since. When I got married a year and a half ago I was at 135, marriage does cause some people to gain weight. My husband and I are both witnessed to this. He's gained twice as much as I have. But he's taller, and a man, and well, unless one looks closely, you really can't tell his gained as much as he has. Currently I am 154, which doesn't seem like a lot...but as we know all bodies are different and with my short height and large bone structure 154 does not make me look "good". I just want to go back to 128lbs and fit into to my old clothes.
