My name is Kayla, I married Kyle on April 24 2010 and he has been amazing to me. I realized around November 2009 going to the doctor that I needed to lose weight when I stepped on the scale & weight 180 lbs. I went out and bought a scale and weighed daily & changed my eating habits. I started really cracking down on my calories & exercise before our wedding. Since we've been married it's been easier for me to diet because I control what groceries I buy and what we eat. My parents bought a lot of junk food at their house that tempted me. I want to stay fit for my husband and myself. I not only want to be the best woman of God I can be, but I want to have the best appearance I can as well.
