How does fat secret calculate your RDI?
Is the RDI how many calories I can eat in a day even without exercising? I'm confused because I used to use a different app to count calories and it had my eating 1570 a day and fatsecret says 1800. That seems like a big difference. I don't get it. Help

Do you eat the amount of calories fatsecret suggests?
I just joined fatsecret and it suggests that I eat 1800 calories a day. I used a different app before this one and it said I should eat 1570 a day. I am a confused as to what I should be eating.

Daily Caloie intake
I went to another website and entered the exact info that I did on Fat secret. Fat Secret says I should eat 1800 a day and this other one said 1570. I am really confused. Do you eat what Fatsecret suggests or do you enter your own number?

Thanks Marlene. I didn't think of going to WebMd. I'm going to check it out.
