Yesterday I had to put public notices in notice boards through the area, so I have to walk for some time, usually an hour and a half. This time it took me over 3 hours- talking to a neighbour and a nice chap came and starting talking to me while I was putting my last notice up- i managed to get away from him 3/4 of an hour later....his wife was waiting in the car for the house key so she could get in- I wonder what she said to him... Anyway the point of this is, because I didn't get back home until after 2.30pm and I was going out last night at 6.45pm which meant I wouldn't be able to eat my tea if I had my normal lunch. So, I decided to have a breakfast instead.

Very busy week, not done much walking lost 1lb and then put it back on so no change there, but I have lost 1" off my waist, so there is some good news. I don't feel like cooking or making anything since I've had this hiatus hernia, so not particularly bothered about what I have to cook. The weather is rain again, so no going to the allotment for the time being.

Today I went to my dentist- 40 miles away. There are no NHS dentists in the area, they are all private, so I've stayed with the NHS dentist I had in the last town I lived in. I've managed to lose 2lbs in the last week, probably because of the walking I've been doing.

I've done alot of walking during the last week, noticed that the inches are going, quite pleased about that.
