I'm 23 and a medical student and I'm trying to live a healthier lifestyle. When you learn about all the implications you get from not being healthy, it really makes you think. I would like to get back down to the weight I was in high school. I think it's pretty attainable. My sister is getting married in may and I am her maid of honor, so I would like to be down to that by then. My problem is that I tend to give up after two or three weeks, but I think I'm ready to stick to it! Let me know if you want a workout/healthy buddy! :)
