I just turned 35 and I am going to clock (back) in and make a change in my life. I was at 295 at one point and made an effort to shed the pounds off my body 3 years ago. I got down to 213 and that was by far the best condition I had been in since maybe my high school days. I took for granted all the hard work and effort I put into getting healthier and let myself slip into my bad habits and unhealthy eating. In a matter of 18 months I gained back 67 lbs. Realizing I was 15 lbs away from being 295 I had to make a change and fast. I actually lost 15 lbs in this past month and am currently 267. I am ready for the better and healthier life and I am going to make that change.
