I just turned 34 yrs old. When I began my weight loss journey it was almost 3yrs ago.I weighed in @ 229lbs. I did manage to get down to 132 at one point but I gained 38lbs. I just want to have a healthy BMI so my goal is 140lbs I am fairly active and do workout a least 3 times a week. I am an emotional person which sometimes leads to emotional eating. I work fulltime and am a mother of 3 boys and a stepson.

Fitting physical activity into an already busy schedule!!
I agree with Divided by. At some point you have to make a sacrafice for your well being you want to be healthy to see your children grow up. It can be exhausting I have 3 boys a fulltime job and know how hard it can be. I usually workout during my lunch break or right afterwork. I know if I go home I wont do it later that night.

daily dish - The Most Common Fitness Mistake People Make
Honestly when I first started doing weight training I hated it a loved cardio. Now I love to weight train and I have to really motivate myself with cardio. I love the fact that weight training makes you leaner and even though I weight 167lbs I dont look like I do.
