Update..turned 30 in January, and have put back about half the weight I lost over the previous two years. Found the eat clean diet and hoping it will solve the hunger issues I had with ww. It's hard for a man to eat that little!

Is there anybody else here that has read Tosca Reno's books or tried the diet? I am doing it right now, and was thinking of starting a group if there was any interest?

And/or forget about the part of the plan that gives you those points back! Just get some activity in every day, no matter what it is or how intense. Also make sure your body is getting the Vitamins and minerals it needs, and drink a ton of water!!!

wed 45 minutes with the push mower at high speed!!

3. Get up and move around more at work.
