My highest weight was 385 February 2017. By May I was at 366.

The first of October I went to the hospital and then four months in a nursing facility. I had cellulitis in feet and legs and could not walk or even stand. I spent many days on by back with my feet up.

I gave up all sweet drinks, even juice, breads and desserts.

This January I had reached 338. I could not lose more and I switched my diet. I am losing again.
I am very thankful to God each day I wake up!!

My food lists wheat grass, because I couldn't find Barley Max, which is really what I drink.
