fitness:
One major Muscle group per day, Arms also done together starting with triceps first, benching 200lbs, squatting 210lbs, Running 5k 2-3 times a week. + walking 5k 3-4 times per week.
Home Workouts, No seperate gym in my area for two years.
Diet:
Does not eat within 3 hours of night time sleep. Eats very healthy with rare consumption of fast foods and junk foods. Loads of pure lean protein with vegetables and complex carbs.
Has one day a week where i load on carbs, and one day a week where i hold back from eating carbs in excess.
Drinks loads of water - Obstaining from all alcohol consumption since apr. 2011. (non smoker)
Rest:
Sleeps average 6hours per night and 8-9 hours on Friday/Saturday night. Takes a break from all lifting for one or two days every 17 days.
