My entire life I've always been a bit over weight. I would exercise, try different diets, take diet pills-nothing. After a while, I just embrased it. After having my first child, and seperating from my husband (I was only 19 at this point.) I became busy with school and I also became happy. I believe I started to watch how I ate, not really what I ate (watching my portions) and just keeping busy, not even exercising. I dropped 20lbs within two months. I met a wonderful man (now my husband.) and maintained my weight at 140 for a while, until I got pregnant with my second daughter, where I gained 25lbs (naturally, and dropped it all within two months of having my daughter just by breastfeeding. I've lost another 12lbs since then (it's been a year and a half.) and I really consider myself normal weight now. My goals have changed since I had my first daughter, of course. I really would like to tone up. I also would like to run a bit more. I've always danced, so running is kind of boring for me, but I like that it gets me outdoors. I love Fat Secret because it really helps you see what and how well you're working towards your goals. I also love that you can associate with people who have the same goals as you, and that you can also motivate others. I think it's a great site!
