I am a 40 year old married mom of 3 who works full time as a Customer Service Supervisor so I sit all day long. I was pretty much skinny my entire life.... until I had kids that is! I joined Weight Watchers almost 7 years ago and I did lose weight, but then I got pregnant again and gained it all back. Now that I'm 40 something and done with having any more kids, it's time to make a change so I can keep up with them in their sporting activities!!
