I am almost 28, Married and we have 3 boys 6,2 and 1. I just finished nursing 3 weeks ago when my baby turned 1 so I'm more than ready to lose some weight and not worrying about harming my baby. I gained 65 lbs with my first pregnancy and have never managed to loose it. I'm tired of being fat and not wanting my picture taken with my kids. I don't want my kids to look back through pictures and not see me b/c i was hiding from the camera. I am doing the Atkins diet and hope to stay in Phase 1 as long as I can. I need to lose about 60 lbs.

Need help increasing fat on induction
I feel like I'm struggling to keep my fat intake up. I'm beyond tired of eating butter. What else can I use to make sure my fat intake is up high enough with out feeling like I'm killing my self by eating butter all the time. If I cook chicken in a pan I will use Extra virgin olive oil. I find myself before I make my meal coming on here and plugging in stuff on my food thing to see where i'm going to end up on my % before i make stuff....Last night I had to put 1 tbs of butter on my chicken and I wasn't enjoying it at all. I wasn't hungry to begin with and then having to eat my chicken smothered in butter wasn't fun. So any ideas would be much appreciated

And also is eating that much fat healthy? I really don't for the life of me understand it...eat more fat and loose weight?!?! I find my self being paranoid about gaining weight eating all this fat and weigh everyday thinking i'm doing something wrong I feel crazy help please!
