how do you curve your cravings and reduce your appetite?
I have always found that for me, if I have had any sugar, thats when I have cravings.

Cutting out sugar has made a world of difference. Even when I have a bit of sugar, I KNOW that the cravings will come, and my brain can rationalize that thats what it is.

Reality Check
Each person has a different trigger that makes them choose...

Mine was when my doctor told me I had a fatty liver and if I didnt lose 20 lbs I was going to start having the same medical issues that others in my family have.

I dont take daily meds like most of my family does. I dont want to! for me, that 20 lb goal was hit 27 lbs ago, and I kept going!

when you get married i suspect youre going to have kids??

It's be a hell of a lot easier to lose the weight now, slowly, than when you realise that you will never be able to chase your kid around at the park...or you will get winded walking with you want to be at their wedding??

I was the girl that needed the one slap in the face to make it real. I watched the biggest loser with a bag of chips....i though, i'll take care of it later...well, later comes faster than you can imagine!

do it today, because what doesnt kill you makes you stronger!!

I let everyone know!!
I finally found something that works for me, and I want to share it not make money off of it.
Besides, it helps me with my own responsability.
WHATEVER works for you as an individual matters, and shouldnt be laughed at.
When you take responsability for the way you eat, you will stand up for yourself no matter what!!

Do you Weigh With Clothes On?
I weigh myself "sans clothes", but in a public situation I weigh with the same clothes each time. That will allow for consistancy.

But dont forget, it you weigh in public at a meeting or something...your home scale may be more accurate simply because 100's of people arent using the same scale and wearing it out faster!!
