Hey everyone! Now I'm not one to get sucked into the quick and easy weight loss magic pill mumbo jumbo. BUT, I went over to my neighbor's house yesterday to loan her some eggs. She knows I've been losing weight and she herself is a heavy set woman. She is disabled and gets a lot of things that her insurance covers. She told me that she now uses Sensa. All I know about Sensa is that they have silly commercials! My neighbor INSISTED on giving me a month's worth to try. She did say that it is expensive and I don't want to just throw it out. I tried to give it back to her but she has a big personality so she wasn't having that! So I took the Sensa.

So my question is, how does it work? Has anyone tried it? Are there any crazy side effects?

I'm not a fan of taking something, especially when you don't know what's in it. You could take it and see what happens but, personally, I would say I took it and had a bad reaction to it and then insist on giving it back to her because of the expense, if she won't take it, tell her you will have to throw it away Smile

I personally think it is a snake oil kinda thing. If you think it works, it works.

I got suckered into it. I did the free trial and tried it but it didn't work for me and forgot about it until my credit card bill came in. If you don't cancel the "trial version" they will keep shipping and billing you. Although that's doesn't seem to be your concern. I think, and I'm not really sure but the main ingredient is just like that of artificial sweeteners and it's supposed to trick your brain somehow. I have not heard any good things about it and like I said, it did nothing for me. I have a couple boxes if anyone wants them too. They're just taking up shelf space.
