I was surprised to see that I'm down a pound since weigh in on Tuesday. It may just be a normal fluctuation due to fluid (but I'll take it!) I had an absolutely brutal workout with my trainer yesterday and another one (yikes) planned for tomorrow. So today I'll just stick with a good diet and try to move around as much as possible. I'm happy to see some progress, though I miss getting out on the bike.

Did dishes, food shopping and nearly 16 miles on my bike all before 1:00 today - take THAT Shingles!!!
