25 miles on my bike today (a full two hours) and 1200 calories burned. This is a really encouraging milestone. I am a little discouraged by how slowly the scale is going down, but to know that I'm still strong enough to ride 25 miles helps me believe that I can get back to a weight I'm happy with (eventually).

17.6 miles on the bike in 90 minutes - calories burned 866! I'll try for that 20 mile ride this weekend if it's nice out.

1.5 pounds down seems about right, but still disappointing because I was lower two days ago.

3 lbs down since I got back on track. 16 miles on the bike this morning (about 12 mph average) and it kind of felt like my old self. Gotta get that cadence up though.
